De Zealous bearings zijn 1 van de betere kogellagers voor je longboard die er te koop zijn. Met de speciale groene rubberen afdichting komt er geen vocht en vuil in je lager en door het speciale nanokeramische vet dat gebruikt is, is deze lager zelfhelend.

De unieke eigenschap van dit vet is hoe de nanokeramische verbindingen kleine oneffenheden automatisch vult. Deze oneffenheden veroorzaken wrijving en hitte waardoor het glijmiddel op die plek uithard. Deze micro coating is 5x harder dan het metaal van de lager zelf en heeft een moluculaire verbinding met het metaal. Hierdoor blijft de rolweerstand minimaal en roest de lager aan de binnenkant bijna niet.

These deformations cause friction and heat around them which hardens the nano-ceramic compound to that specific area. This micro coating is 5 times the hardness of the host alloy and has a molecular bond with the host metal filling in all the asperities and eliminating friction over time.
